From there, you travel south through the cool highlands of Antsirabe, continuing onward to the charming town of Ambalavao, known for its traditional crafts and dramatic mountain scenery. Your route then leads into the wide‑open sandstone landscapes of Ranohira, where the remarkable Isalo Massif offers unforgettable hiking and panoramic views.

Reaching the coast, you unwind in Ifaty, a tranquil beach haven framed by coral reefs and baobab forests — the perfect place to relax after your inland exploration. Your journey concludes back in Antananarivo, where you enjoy a final night before your onward travels.
